Because the game is a live video stream, the connection matters more than the phone. A weak signal can make the picture stutter during the betting window, so Wi-Fi is the safer choice for longer sessions.

Troubleshooting the Ice Fishing app

The game loads slowly

A live stream needs a steady connection. Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi or the other way round, close other apps that use data and reload the page. Clearing the browser cache helps if the page itself is slow.

The shortcut does not save to the home screen

On Android, use the menu in Chrome and check that your launcher allows new icons. On iOS, the option is in Safari's Share menu under Add to Home Screen. Updating the browser solves most cases.

The screen does not rotate

Check that rotation lock is off in the quick settings. If the casino site keeps one orientation, reload the page after turning the phone.

A login problem on the casino site
