Terms of Use

2. Age restriction

The Site is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. Gambling for money is illegal for anyone under 18 in the United Kingdom and in many other countries. If you are under 18, please leave the Site. By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Casinos linked from the Site carry out their own age and identity checks.

3. Disclaimer

The content of the Site is general information about Ice Fishing – its rules, features and figures. Where anything on the Site differs from the rules shown in the game itself or from the terms of a casino, the game's own rules and the casino's terms prevail.

Nothing on the Site is financial advice or a promise of winnings. Ice Fishing is a game of chance with a risk of loss, and the examples on the Site are illustrations, not predictions. Figures such as the 97.10% RTP of the Leaf bets describe long-run averages across many rounds, not the result of any one session. Playing is at your own risk, and you should only stake money you can afford to lose. You are responsible for checking that online gambling is legal where you live and for your own decision to play.

4. Intellectual property

Ice Fishing and the related names, logos and artwork are trademarks or property of Evolution. They are mentioned on the Site only to describe the game and comment on it. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Evolution, and Evolution has not reviewed or approved its content. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The texts and layout of the Site are protected by copyright. You may read the pages and share links to them for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy or republish the content without permission.

5. Links to third-party sites

Buttons and some links on the Site lead to third-party websites, including online casinos. These sites are independent of the Site, and the Site has no control over their content, offers, availability or practices. Their own terms, privacy policies and rules apply once you visit them, and these Terms of Use no longer cover what you do there. Check that a casino holds a valid licence and read its terms before you register or deposit. A link from the Site is not a recommendation of a particular casino or a guarantee of its conduct.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided as it is and may be changed, paused or taken offline at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the Site is not liable for any loss arising from the use of its content, from playing Ice Fishing or any other game, or from the services of third-party sites, including deposits, bets and withdrawals made there. The Site has no access to your casino account and cannot settle disputes about bets, bonuses or payouts in Ice Fishing; such questions belong with the casino.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales or any other law that applies to you.

7. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remaining parts continue to apply.
